Q:  I'm a member and logged in but cannot find what I'm looking for.  Why am I doing wrong?

A:  You might be logged in, not as a member but as a non-member contact.  If you registered for an event without logging in and used an email that is not associated with your membership, then you may be logged in as a non-member contact.  Non-member contacts are also advertisers and event goers who are not members. (Non-member contacts log in to be able to view invoices and past events in their profile)  In order to tell if you are logged in as a member, see the graphic below…if you’re able to see the Directory and Membership Card Discounts as options of the Members menu, then you are logged in as a member.  If you cannot see these options you are logged in as a non-member contact and should contact us to update your email address associated with your membership.

Q:  Where do I find Convention photos?
