Club Activities: Programs on gardening, designing and critiquing, nature, seasonal interest, plant and seed sharing, wreath and swag sales, tours to interesting regional places, as well as workshops, and a biannual flower show.

Community Service Projects: Planted and maintain the Firehouse front beds; Place swags on all local cemeteries in the fall, support local Civic Association Helping Hands Committee; Provide programs and advice for local school plantings, clinics for other garden clubs, Advise and plant native plants in the Harlem Township Park, Plant memorial trees in the Harlem Township Park, Contribute to the Mohican School of the Out-of-Doors; Wahkeena Nature Preserve, Victor Reis Fellowship Fund, OAGC Scholarship Funds. Assist with plantings at the Ohio State Fair Natural Areas, some State Park plantings as well as set up the Flower Show for the Delaware County Fair, and enter the Delaware County Fair.

Affiliations: Member of Region 7 Ohio Association of Garden Clubs and the State Ohio Association of Garden Clubs (OAGC).

Awards: Region 7 “Best Garden Club in the Region”, Victor Reis, “Best Garden Club in State”, Award winning Flower Shows for 65 years, Award winning Program, Publicity, and Garden Therapy Books, “Outstanding Regional Amateur Gardener”, “Outstanding Regional Garden Club Member Award” by many members, Many Awards for Photo Competitions, Specimen Flowers and Floral Arrangements; Facebook Page: Harlem Township Garden Club.
